★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car AC wasn't effective so I tried Go mechanic for the first time. Their service was very prompt. Mr.Uday was the technician assigned for servicing the AC. He was polite and professional. It took him & his colleague around 30-45 mins to finish the job. He demonstrated the cooling on topping up the refrigerant. I am pretty satisfied with the whole experience, explanation and would definitely reccomend Go mechanic to anyone requiring car service which is both friendly to the pocket and reliable as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having visited a lot of garages around, I landed at this place, 1. The problem identification is to the point 2. The inspection was very detailed 3. Support - They helped me with the scanning of the car which I wasn't able to get anywhere else since its an Old car and doesn't support OBD 2 port for scanning 4. The person whom I dealt with very polite and very patient in explaining everything in detail Drawback - They might to be able to help in terms of some door pad issues, cosmetic issues and some small level electrical issues Pricing is slightly on a higher side, but I believe the cost is justified since the quality of service is good PS - just that they returned my car unwashed that was a bit of turn off but they promised me to come back for a wash some time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The diagnosis is to the point. Mechanics are good and knowledgeable. The task management can be improved. They dont have all the spare parts on the site. I had to wait for 1.5 hrs for a screw for which order was sent to main godown in old gurgaon. That was the only downside. I would suggest to get the car checked and order the spare parts beforehand. The manager is polite and humble. All in all a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked their service, they provide pick and drop service. After 3 months of service I see a defect and when I call them, they arranged a pickup and resolved my issue. I am happy customer.. But price is on higher end compare to other service centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians were knowledgeable... They hear the customer out... Suggest what needs to be done pro actively... Also carry out small requests for free(removed rust & painted bolts for free & did a scratch mark removal for free)... Overall very happy with the service... Would definitely recommend them.. Keep up the good work ?
