-1 for poor customer service β unattentive to calls from customer and did not provide a number of delivery person during the day of delivery.
-1 for poor punctuality β arrived an hour after "will be there between 4PM-5PM" and of all times, when it rained.
-1 mishandling of product β understandably, matress delivery persons are usually ungraceful and will damage your property or the product in some way. But the product arrived with its packaging torn and movers still dragged it on the wet porch.
-1 professionalism β insisted the products were fine when it arrived a little wet, claimed it was the weather that made it humid within the packaging. Proceeded to setup the bed frame and dump the matresses on top of it.
Currently giving the items some time to dry. Will check on it in a week but unsure of what to do if my calls keep getting ignored and now that I have already received the product.
Can someone please tell me if I can return or exchange bedframe and matresses from this outlet? /: i just received it on March 12.
