Awful place with awful mentally
Thank you for your response, however I’m surprised that action is only taken once this was posted!
However it is appreciated that the right actions are now being taken to care for the animals. Better late than never.
Please provide details of where the raccoon has been rehomed to.
Is the wildlife association aware?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would be great if your security guard can guide your guest around. Please teach him some customer service skills. He has been very rude and annoyed when we were exploring around to find your facilities. You also did not put up enough signboards so that we do not have to wonder around and annoy your guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 days 1 night trip in GOPENG was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in MALAYSIA!!The rudeness and the racism of the workers towards Chinese citizen/ethnic could be seen obviously from their rude behavior throughout these two days. When there is a occurrence of power outage,we were blamed and scolded by the workers instead of taking full responsibility on their own to solve the problems.
Moreover, the breakfast provided was not sufficient at all to serve the customers of the day! We were told that we could enjoy the scrumptious breakfast from 8 to 9.30 in the morning but the food was almost finished when we reached there by 9.00am.And the reason that they tried to pursue us is the kitchen is under maintenance.Can you imagine that we’ve paid for our meal but we still need to drive our own way to get out from the place to get our food with about 1hr driving journey(to and fro)?! It’s crazy and ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very fancy but it is a chill and good gathering place for friend or family gathering. They have completely facilities (toilet, bathroom and table for chatting).
Their tent is consider okay but bed sheet not very clean. My friend's stent nearby their restaurant and they disturb by annoying voice of preparation food when midnight sleep period. They cannot sleep and need to wear earphone. Try to avoid tent nearby restaurant.
Got nice good and cheap price chinese restaurant with 10 minutes driving distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve checked in around 3PM. Staff was nice. I’m going to start with the cons.
Cons
1) the internal tent flooring was not properly vacuumed and clean.
2) the dust sticked on the air filter was at least 1cm thick.
3) the desk is full of dust.
4) the standing fan given was full of dust as well.
5) staying in the tent during the day is not recommended as it gets really hot inside the tent.
Pros
1) nice bed. Very comfortable sleep.
2) the environment is cool during the nice. So it’s comfortable.
3) there’s hammock around the corner, nice to chill. Recommended using the hammock during the day instead of staying in the tent and get steamed.
4) breakfast was pleasant.
5) nicely decorated surrounding. Good for photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was quite a drive through the narrow 1 way lane from Gopeng Town. Only Car, and Van or Lorry Carrier can access but not mini or big buses. Superb Set Up, very thoughtful planning, landscaping blended well with surrounding nature and kampung. Very nice place for family and friend. Kids will be busy with some sports activity. Accommodation are inside Camp. Worth the stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really great experience for 2D 1N. Facilities are well maintained especially the toilet condition is superb for a glamping side. The staff are helpful and friendly. There are many common areas for us to gather and chill as well. Food: mainly local food but it's comparable to any restaurant out there.
Worth every penny.
We did go for "extra" activity like water rafting ( not so fun because the water is flowing slow due to dry season). Suggest to go during wet season as water is flowing way faster.
