Very clean area. Facilities tip top. Good services. Affordable price. A very peaceful place and suitable for family.

Great place for family gateway. Situated besides a river amidst fruit orchard. There are gazebos for barbecues and family gathering besides the river. For the more adventurous they can rent tents or bring their own and pay nominal rental charges for the land, there are chalets of different sizes and types for all occasions. Don't forget to bring along mosquito repellent as there are plenty of them and their bites are not pleasent. Great place for a family gateway, must come once.

EXCELLENT FACILITIES AND CONVENIENT FOR EVENTS 1. Multiple types of accommodation: dorms, camping lots for own tent with various sizes, chalets of various sizes. Also have like "hall" to gather for activities/eat. Suitable for events 2. Camping lots • about 12 lots • each lot have slightly different "features" : some have chair+ table, some have chair only, some have full bamboo view, some have an opening in between the bamboo, and one lot has a BIG TREE in it. • Some are too rocky! My pegs were bent. So i moved to different lot (i went on weekday, only 1 other family was here) • Almost each lot has light pole, so the whole camping site is pretty well-illuminated 3. River and water activities • lots of rock, and “stomach" deep ( i didn't go to the other side, which looks scary) • definitely not suitable to leave the children to play on their own. Need constant and vigilant supervision • Tube/pelampung tayar can be rent at RM3/day. Suitable for tubing because the water is deep and quite fast • i was informed that anyone who dropped by to picnic/swimming would have to pay RM7/person (7 years old and above) • there are fishes at the riverbed! Bring google 4. Toilet and Shower • 3 toilets- each comes with shower. Also lots of hooks inside • one large "communal" showers room • a sink • clean and well illuminated, just looks old 5. Surau is at the end, so if you got camping lot #1, you are the furthest from surau. Separate section for muslimin and muslimat. • surau also have plug point btw 6. Plug points are at gazebo/wakaf. So, in between multiple camping lots, there will be a gazebo. I think a gazebo has 3 plug points (at least gazebo #2 does) • better bring extention plug, so that many devices can be charged at once • or at least bring long charging cable because the plug point is quite high, you gonna need to put your charging devices on the chair • the gazebo also have light 7. Barbecue • there are bbq pit at gazebos. Bring own grill net, charcoal etc • some camping lots have bbq pit too (ie: lot #10). Maybe the bbq pit can be moved to another lot if requested? 8. Restaurant/Gerai • you can have breakfast nearby (nearest). There are 2 "warong" with river view! • from Murni camp, you would come across Warong C-Nino before crossing the bridge, and another warong right after crossing the bridge (thus, the river view) - they both also open for lunch • for lunch and dinner, warong p. ramlee @ The Kandu is also not too far away, and a proper restaurant • also can consider Mee Kari Ami for breakfast, lunch and minum petang. This one bit further away but still in the area • also to note, there is ONE kedai runcit nearby. You will not missed it as it has "BSN" signboard. 9. Other facilities • water dispenser: hot and cold! • Sinks equipped with hand wash, dish soap + sponge 10. Customer service • front desk opens till 5.30pm • but the staffs live next door. So if any emergency, you can knock their door • there was a staff who went around and informed us to be careful because the water is rising (it was raining earlier and we were sitting on rocks at the riverbed) 11. Lots of cats. They are like the guardians of this place. Maybe a bonus point, maybe not ? 12. Noise? Some people mentioned the issue of noise from the highway. Personally, if i focus on the river sound, the highway becomes background noise. It doesn’t bother me much. camping lot #8 (if im not mistaken) is in front of jeram, where the water sound is louder. Just fyi
