★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by hair stylist Lun at Govin Malaysia & it was a very pleasant experience! In fact, I am actually a return customer of the salon & had contacted Lun personally to schedule for an appointment. Did the argan oil hair treatment for both visits & I really love the end results of this treatment!! My first treatment lasted me a good 6 months which is super ideal as I did not have to bother much about maintaining my hair during that period of time! & of cos, have to thank Lun for his meticulous skills in ensuring that my hair looked good!! Would definitely come back again, & for anyone who wants to get your hair done, I would highly recommend you to look for Lun!! ??

Cons
1) Price not as per indicated as price list.
2) Hard sell for treatment you didn’t ask for.
It’s a good shop if you get the right person assisting you, if you got the annoying sales dude than good luck to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually this is my 2nd visit. And I’m back after 2 yrs plus on the 24th April. And They’re standard is drop. I guess they’re storage of manpower. This is what I feel and feedback. Especially one of this guy. Anyway only one guy in the shop. Need to improve and focus and improve hair cut skills and colour technician. Maybe you’re the in-charge of the shop and need to hit your shop target. Especially
colouring need a lot of training and skills. If the colour don’t turn out just be honest to customer. Don’t sales talk. I hope there is a improvement. Over all slow down and focus every customer walks in.
