★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed and sad. Nothing different after done anti-fizzy treatment with Rm288. Claim that the hair cut will make hair look fluffy but didn’t saw any fluffy as well. Heart is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made appointment for slots at 230 pm. Waited till 3 pm, they still say have to wait quite a while. If they cannot handle so many customers, then don’t tell people they can come at 230 pm. Time is precious. It is irresponsible. Wasted People’s precious time. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best saloon i ever had. All staff are nice . jimmy was my hair stylist at the time. and he is very friendly and he have very good manners to muslim . This was my first time coming to the saloon and he explained in great detail and taught me how to take good care of my hair. They also have a private place for muslim .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a haircut today by Master Stylist Jimmy. Overall was a treat experience, Jimmy was able to guide me on what haircut would suit me as I didn't know what I wanted. After the haircut, he also taught me how to style my hair, so great haircut experience overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to return here for a second visit. The first time i came here Hair stylist Jun attended to me. He was very professional and very friendly. Enjoyed every moment from the time i step in till i left the saloon.
Now here for my second visit and with hair stylist Jun was here to style me up again and as like the first the result was not disappointing at all.
You have now gain a regular customer. Glad i found this place. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first visit to Urban Hair today and I was attended to by Se7en.
Was originally intended to do a Korean perm but Se7en analyzed my hair condition and advised on a scalp treatment instead as my curls are still intact.
Wow, I am very impressed by his service and knowledge and I walked out of the salon looking good and feeling good.
No hardselling of any product or package and instead, Se7en tried to understand the products that I am currently using and shared tips on how to maintain a healthy scalp as well as how to style my hair with ease.
His impeccable service made me very much at ease and left a deep impression on me. Will be back again and looking forward to see my scalp problems improve! Thanks Se7en for your service and help.
