โ โ โ โ โ I engaged their office cleaning for PJ and Puchong offices and so far everything is good coordination. Only sometimes the arriving time may different but the customer services is helpful to update me the arrival time so that I can inform my office admin on the cleaning arrival.

โ โ โ โ โ So far, I engaged them for my weekly plan cleaning and everything is alright and the customer services is very responsive. If I requested to change the cleaner due to under performance and the customer service team will assist me to change for it, quite responsible and responsive.

โ โ โ โ โ Grabmaid is a platform where there are a number of cleaning service companies being which you could be assigned to once you made payment. So, if there is any issue, you have to deal with 2 different parties cause they dont really communicate with each other. For my case, let me summarized as below:
Punctuality: An hour late due to their driver is lost in the city. He doesnt know how to see the address. My place is at bukit jalil and i dont know where he went to. So I blindly waiting an hour at the lobby. The cleaner only reached at 9am. Speechless.
Communication: I have booked for premium package which inclusive of all tools needed. I have even asked the grabmaid platform before i made payment thru whatsapp whether mop and broom is provided, and yet when the maid reached without mop. Reason given is not hygiene. Talked to grabmaid platform said provided, but the cleaning service vendor say another story. So disappointing.
Cleanliness and efficiency: The maid is slow, a lot of things just touch and go and some ignore, didnt clean and still full with dust. My unit is just 800sf and empty house without any furniture, dont you think will be very quick? Please see the photo i attached, you will know.
The cleaning company offered me an additional hour for free for the next service. Do you think i still dare to use your service? Thanks but no thanks! There are a lot cleaning service providers are much better than you.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the first time i book the service, but have a very bad experience, house cleaning time is 9am to 1pm, but 9am no one shows up and i call to the customer server, and no one pick up at all, until 9:30am only got response, and the cleaning reach my place at 10am,
When request for cleaning I have mention my priority area is bathroom and windows, but the cleaner does not know how clean the windows, it makes my window more oily, end up I need to teach her how to clean!!!!!
And the cleaner come late at 10am, so 4hour of cleaning will be 2pm, but the cleaner 1pm said the driver that need to pick up her has reach, and she just go out, when I contact the support, do you know what the support tell me
"Oh sorry Sir We cannot fulfill your needs!!!!!!!!"

โ โ โ โ โ The overall service is worthy for my two office cleaning at PJ, only one thing can improve is the arrival time by driver. The customer service team is good and they do update me when the driver is being late, they will whatsapp or call me to update me the delay.

โ โ โ โ โ ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID AT ALL COST. I booked their cleaning services more than one week in advance (on a weekday, 9am to 1pm). Received confirmation and reminder on our appointment. However, on the day itself, no news at all from the cleaner until 9.15am, when I was told they had to cancel because cleaners were unwell. I'm ok with the fact that they can't send cleaners that are not well but why wait till 9.15am to inform?? Complete waste of my time and the inconvenience caused? Mind u, no compensation for the waste of time and inconvenience caused ya. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I agreed to a replacement for Saturday, 9am to 1pm. The day before, I specifically WA them to confirm and received their confirmation. Again, on that fateful day, still no news at 9.20am! called customer service numerous times only to be informed they had to cancel again because the cleaners were close contact to a Covid positive person. And yet no one call to inform until I ask and ask again. At this point, Im extremely furious and have requested for refund. So beware, this company has serious flaws in their operations, extremely unprofessional, no respect for your time and the inconvenience caused to their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Grab maid engages different cleaning agents and assigned Easy Maid Cleaning Services to me. This company uses Grab Maid app, the Grab Maid customer service shared that they wanted to change the time to come at 8.30am instead of 9am. They only arrived 9.12am and they brought one maid for 4 hours while I paid 2 maids 4 hours. The lady asked the cleaner to stayed for 8 hours and asked me to provide food when its theirs mistake!
No more next time! Very bad agents they have and horrible mistake made!

โ โ โ โ โ Just used their service today. Yesterday they requested to cancel my booking on short notice due to the cleaner on duty getting covid positive. I needed the cleaning very urgently so thankfully they were able to find replacement people to attend to my booking as quickly as possible. Really appreciated that!!
As for the cleaning service, the cleaners were very friendly and did a good job. Thank you very much!
