โ โ โ โ โ Always half hour late, and goes back early. Maid still talk backs to us when we asked why she left. This cleaning firm has their own attitude and rules. Please do read it before you ask them for services. They will even ask you to pay for their grab money. To who even who deal with my service, please have a better attitude and common sense

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad customer service, I had booked tomorrow (23/12/2019) then request to change the date due to no water supply, and they say must pay in advance to reschedule due to I'm canceled the previous appointment. I'm not understand that no water supply how they going to clean, I'm being kind to let them know earlier so they no need waste their time reach only notice. And now they like they request pay in advance cause like I'm blocking their time, sound like I'm not a good customer. And they even say they already didn't charge me for rescheduling. But in fact what they listed in term and condition is just listed cancellation policy is cancelation in same day cleaner arrive =100% charges and cancelation on the same day before cleaner arrive =75%/Rm50/ 1 cleaner. Im reschedule 1 day before.
