★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent as it is beside the sea so very windy when seating outside.
Wide variety of seafood to choose.
Cons are waited for a very long time ,
serve cold tea and worst of all food is not delicious.
Crab is so so. Prawns is fresh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was alright but the service was not up to expectation, for a “premium” seafood restaurant they seem to be understaffed, Thanks to Ms Linda was saving the day, without her exceptional service the whole experience would have been a disaster. She was amazing and very attentive to our requests despite a full and busy restaurant. Kudos to Linda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great eating place. They have chili crab but it's more like ketchup crab. Salted egg crab was good. The quality of crab meat was like jumbo one in Singapore. Easy to find parking space. However the chilli crab taste more like ketchup crab as they use more ketchup than chilli sauce.

Overall the taste was good, and we like it so much. You must try the oyster, seefood me hon, crab, and many more... The service was good and highly recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely seafront seafood restaurant to dine in. A giant lobster is their landmark, you won’t miss it.
Ordered a couple of dishes, but only took pictures on the clams and prawn. Roast chicken was good, so was the steam fish.
Not busy on a Monday, but think this lovely place will be filled once border open on 1st April.
Plenty of parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying here from Google reviews. Very nice Chinese restaurant great for families. Ambience is nice open and airy , food is served really fast and pretty fresh. Price is fair, perhaps on the slightly higher side but you get whay you pay for. Love the service here - waitress happily recommended Philippine clams which turned out to be our favourite dish for the night. Lots of fresh seafood too - kids will love looking at the fishes here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been going regularly to this restaurant in the last 10 years – always for dinner before returning home to Singapore. So it’s a great joy for us to be able to eat at Grand Bayview again since the border reopened -- 3 times already.
Each time, thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere – so unlike Singapore – with it’s wide spacing between tables. We were also so warmly greeted, and some of the people recognized us. After 2 whole years!!! They came to talk to us about everything when time allowed them. Even at the kitchen, some saw us and greeted. Felt good ?
The food is still same – good, very good. We love their whole fish – Thai apple, steamed (Teochew-style) Always fresh with no fishy smell or taste. The prices are very reasonable with the order. I personally like the table cloth, real cloth, not plastic. The service was very attentive, and in spite of the crowd, the people worked hard. Thumbs up.
