★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow respond to customers. Give bluetick and not answer the question. Hard to change date and hard to discuss able. Everything cannot do. The price not affordable, but flexibility was not there. Other vendors and providera given more services with the same price and great view than this villa. Simply overpriced and not customer friendly staff. The place was nice for photoshoot we still need to use the place because already pay for everything. Just the flexibility and friendliness of the staff is not considered professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic design. Insufficient parking space. Affordable but not really a good value for money. Not even able to benefit from the bayside. Utilities are out of reach. Maybe its good for anyone that loves privacy.
