★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my husband went for Ramadhan Buffet on 20/4. The food was delicious. Alot of choices. I like the seafood sambal, daging lemak salai sup tulang and murtabak. The price was cheap RM85/pax

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy. Ample parking area. location nearby shopping area, retaurants and Tanjung Lumpur ikan bakar. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Price is affordable. Quite spacious room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time was bad. stayed here few times before, decent and fair with the price, but this one is the worst. 1st room was a smoking one, when i clearly stated my request for a non smoking room (come with a baby, so i dont tolerate this). 2nd room, bad leakage in bathroom, cant be fixed, they reassigned us to the 3rd room. well, 3rd room comes without hot shower, and they didnt tell us at all prior. found out at night time when i want to use it, called them, which they admit, that the 3rd room has a problem on their hot water supply. 4th room at 11pm. what a joy. why bother to sell bad & broken rooms? Staffs were great, help us all the times. Food were great (reason why we keep coming here). Please do check on the room condition before selling them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, the receiption told us breakfast buffet start from 4am-5.30am due to Ramadan, but when we arrived at the restaurant for the morning buffet, the waiter told us that we can come by 7am-9.30am with nice attitude that's worth the star given.
Secondly, we requested a bottle of mineral water then the receiption said it required extra charge, so we wanted to boiled some water to drink but the boiler was very dirty.
Third, my friend have left his water bottle and came back to look for it but the cleaner said they weren't sure of it while my friend said he was sure it was beside his bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was average even though the hotel was like 5 star.... Also when we coming to the room, the room smells like a wet sock maybe because of the carpet. Also there a dirty also in toilet. Toilet is just average nothing special. The plug to charge handphone have a lot but only 1 we can use.... The rest are broken because there is no electric when we charge or maybe the inside was already broken. The next day also we tried to charge at that plug again but nothing.... We shared for one plug for everyone to charge phone.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a whole day meeting session. It was a good experience. Neat and clean, with nice aroma. The breakfast and lunch were also okay not too splurge not too sparse.
Parking was ample and swimming pool was quite large. Will visit again
Berjaya shopping mall is a stone's throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the former MS Gardens hotel. Pretty central location in the state capital town. Generally clean but lack accessories befitting a hotel charging the tariffs it did. Very spacious lobby and spacious room as well as a reasonable spread for breakfast.

Room are spacious. Matress and pillows comfortable. Hot water is good with great pressure.
Cons
Housekeeping so so. Not enough staff. Breakfast can be better. Front office staff unfriendly.

For the location and price it is good value for money.
