Room are big
Everything perfect in reasonable price
Totally clean in side and out side
Air cond also working good
Bathroom also big size with hot water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for big group trying to save budget but its not worth a vacation trip. Be aware, owner will enter the house when no ones around to off the air-conditioning, so if you are not okay with that, this is a place to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: - very approaching housekeeping staff & owner - free usage of washing machine & soup powder for our clothing..after 3 days golfing - good DVD player being provided - mineral water (hot & cold) at your full dispense - a fridge is provided - like a home environment - the kitchen is provided cooking utensils - value for money.. with this fare it is worth the staying.. Negative: We booked 3 nites, but 2nd nite next guests were hell of noisy till mid nite. Owner should strictly to shut them off. Luckily other room guest banged the door to shut them completely. Enforcement of rules & supervision at nites should be done by the owner. 1st nite, we were knocked off to the kitchen & laundry but with quick intercession by Booking customer care, the owner came quickly to open. Same as the WIFI/password & towels..
