★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Grand Lexis twice this month. I stayed at Garden View the first time and the Grand pool villa the second time. Both rooms have a private pool that is around 1.2m deep.
The rooms are very clean and have 2 king size beds, good for a family.
The breakfast buffet is ok with good quality, but could be improved with different varieties like the ones you find in Avani for example.
It is definitely a nice place to visit especially with your kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel had a feeling of an upscale but cozy. The lighting's in the room gave soft warm feel. A private pool idea was great. Attentive staffs(buggy drivers) and good food is appreciated. Wonderful stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at Executive Pool Villa for 5 persons during CNY. The room came with 2 kings size bed and suitable for 4 persons. So we paid another Rm50 for extra one person but unfortunately no extra bed provided. The amenities like toothpaste, towels, mugs are only provided for 2 persons used. Mugs are not allowed to request extra. Towels were charged Rm10 each. In summary, 5 Stars hotel price but 1 star room quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My booked room can occupy up to 4 person. But breakfast buffet is included for 2 person only. It's not stated on the website when booking so there's a confusion to customers! Additional breakfast is RM60 per person. Room is spacious and clean. Great private pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked executive pool villa sea view. Service was okay even the buggy quite late. Aircond not functioning well, automatically turn off during midnight. Cleanliness average. View superb, taking shower while watching the sea is a whole new level of experience. Not much activity can do besides walking around and enjoying the view. Some of the equipment inside the room not functioning. Overall 3/5. Much improvement needed considering the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are beautiful and the outside view is such a sight to see especially during sunset. Check-in took a bit of time but it's understandable. There are a lot of activities to do (I didn't do any due to time inconveniences) and it'll sure make your day brighter. Definitely will stay again one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 4 star due to cleanliness issue with bathroom.. Overall service is top notch!! Not much food outlet nearby and you need to travel a bit to find halal cuisine. Staff are friendly and professional and i would say its worth your money spent.

Though the door opening to a washroom did make me wonder initially, that in fact was the best and most logical design for a beach visit. Great staff. Can improve on the breakfast buffet. Overall, was personally highly impressed with the stay.
