★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort need further improvement on electrical whereby several three pin plug not in working order. Towels provided also small. Otherwise everything is perfect for rating 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a terrible experience at this resort! Don’t ever stay here, Beach water was dirty.
My family and I stayed for a day only and saw around 8 cockroaches within 1-2hours.The floor was sandy and I’m pretty sure they didn’t sweep/mop it. My bed was dusty. Bathroom lights weren’t working. The doors were broken. No dine in for breakfast BUT got Ramadan buffet! The lifts, it took awhile to open, no one was in lift but it stopped at every level for 2 minutes CREEPY! !DON’T EVER GO TO THIS RESORT IF YOU WANNA HAVE A GREAT TIME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel quality in not good at all. Not worth as i pay very expensive for the 4 star hotel. I can rate only 1 star due when first enter the room i feel disappointed the floor very dusty and the room not well as expected. The service lift very3 dirty and 1 time i waiting the lift for half and hour and decide to take a staircase to go down from 10th floor. The passage way on the staircase very dirty because of the workers store the rubbish there and block the way. Its so smelly . The beach water and the swimming pool water very dirty. I personally not recommended this hotel to my relatives and friend at all. Maybe this is the last time i will book there for my family gathering again. That is my comment and still many more dispointed about this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is terrible, being worn, old and run down for me is still acceptable and I'm being understanding due to the recent Covid pandemic. However, cleanliness is so terrible, a lot of dust collecting, even have cockroaches, which in my opinion is worse level of hotel experience. Even my house is cleaner and more comfortable than this. Towels are threadbare on the verge of disintegrating. It feels like a 20 year old towel at my granny's place. The only good point i could say is that the food are quite good. Otherwise, please do not consider this place for your future travels.

Nice pools and private beach. However crowded but still enjoyable.
Room service should be upgraded accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is clean in the morning but a cloudy in the evening and the beach is quite small. The pool is quite big. The room is big for five adult. I booked a three bedroom apartment. It is clean and tidy but i was unlucky because there are coackroaches in our apartment. Suggestion: keep your food in the fridge. The staffs were friendly. Check in and check out is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment was nice although the building quite old. Beach near the apartment, you can just walk to reach the beach. I booked two bedroom apartment, it is cleaned and well maintained. Two queen beds, and there's extra single mattress in each room. Can occupy two small families. There are refrigerator, a microwave, water heater but you can't cook because it is not provided with kitchen hob/conduction cooker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well kept and clean. Facilities are are good and functioning well. Love the walking distance to the beach. View is nice. Swimming pool is clean however of course it was crowded with people. The sea water is dirty, murky and you actually step on mud, not sand in the water.
The apartment is fine, however if you want pristine beach and clean sea water, this is not the place to stay.
