β β β β β Had to wait for 10 days to received my TV, full payment had been made from day 1, no updates from the staff , customer need to call them to track their order. Everyday, different promises given:
-"confirm deliver harini punya ! "
- " mungkin esok sampai lorghh. "
Bad after sale service
In 2021...10 days waiting is considered too long.. if i buy a TV from shoppee that is shipped from China, i would have got it even earlier...
This will be my last purchase from SenHeng Banting or most likely from any other branches as well... totally disappointed and fall short off my expectations..

β β β β β I order my keyboard from the store at December. The staff said will be delivered within 1 month. Now already February, i don't even get a single update of my order. After i called them, they say need to wait until March. WHAT? JUST A KEYBOARD need to wait for 3 MONTHS? I believe they FORGOT MY ORDER and import the stock after i reminded them. Super NEGATIVE and IRRESPONSIBLE store. If you buy want to anything just buy from any seller from lazada and shopee. Your buying experience will better than this 100x.? (And the price is even cheaper )

β β β β β I planned to buy a hood and dryer, but nobody can give advice for me. I have to say bad service from this store. We walked into the store, nobody serves us. If the store many customers, I can understand, but the store has less than 5 customers. Those sales staff are standing there chitchat. They look at us walking in without any action. I won't come back again even this store has many display units.
