Use the paper key into computer and using finger print also cannot. at the door also not stamp any paper no ic cannot open saving account. Line up at outside 30min hot and tired. Hope can make improvement. Anybody if ur ic is doing don't go cimb bank open saving account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I have come twice before today, to open a new savings account but they said the counter for the new account have been closed and it is not even 2pm yet. Today I come again and suddenly they said I dont have enough supporting document. What made me terribly frustrated is because why the staff did not explain about this DURING MY PREVIOUS VISIT. I have clearly asked before what kind of documents that I need to bring and the staff goes oh u can bring IC. Wasting my time.
