★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to take this opportunity to mention the excellent service provided by En. Osman Ahmad Said when I visited today. I was looking at televisions for my mum as the one she has (also bought from this store) was spoilt. En. Osman promptly asked for identification to check our previous purchase & discovered that our old set was still under extended warranty (fortunately). He processed the warranty submission & advised us to wait for a call to check on our TV soon. Excellent customer service!
