โ โ โ โ โ The sale person is unprofessional and bad attitude. Being informed stock will arrive on next week or earlier once she placed the order. We have waited more than a week and she just informed will check for it after several called. But, she updates us only when we tried to reach her again by whatsapp on the next day and told that the stock is on hold due to Covid-19. She has no intention to help customer follow up the order if we continue to keep silent. We wish to know which day the stock will arrive but she informed โnot sureโ and in the next minute replied before โnext weekโ. We feel confusing and asked her to clarify her statement. Then, she keep asked us whether want to cancel the order if cannot wait.
At the end, we decided to cancel it instead of waiting for nothing since she is no . She informed will notify us after proceed cancellation. We have waited but didnโt receive any update so went retail store to get confirmation. However, she seems like lazy to entertain us, just informed already told us done cancellation and look away from you while talking. We feel angry with her impolite attitude and check with the staff at counter. The system shown our order is not cancel yet!! He is so kind to help us cancelled the order immediately and answers our queries patiently, it is totally different story with the initial version.
