But if we need service. Go directly to such shop.
If buy online, got such problems.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. Bought a water heater here. Supposed to come at 5pm but when called them they say will be delayed till 8pm. I called again at 8.30pm. They say will be delayed again. They never bother to tell me about the delay and never apologised. Not recommend at all. Will not buy anything from here.

โ โ โ โ โ Lousy customer service. A Guy spoke. I assume he should be the Manager, or boss son or so on but he shouldn't speak so rude to the customer. I'm a close contact Covid-19 and doesn't want to walk in to the shop but instead want to check out the price of AC so that I can ask my in law to go there and purchase but he mentioned "mari sini tengok lah"

โ โ โ โ โ Was there at Bayu Perdana branch today and had the worst customer service ever. Was handle by a Chinese man and this man was literally wasting my time.
Wanted to buy 4-5 items and request for a recommendation... This guy gave us a look and did not quoted us any price... Then as for recommendations on other 2 items,mentioned that better come next month for more new items and the price quoted now will be different...
We are looking for a medium sized fridge however he shown us big size and did not listen to our criteria and enquiries...
Best part, comes to ceiling fan... Where there is display of ceiling fan all over the shop... He told better not to buy ceiling fan here... Go to lighting shop better... Here only sell branded products
Seriously the boss need to take note of this guy... This guy is literally chasing all the customer away

We were enquiring to buy 2 electrical kitchen appliances but the supervisor or sales person never seem to be bothered on our enquiry. He seemed to be so indifferent and provided half baked info. With this kind of services, definitely you're heading for the worst in losing customers. Management kindly take serious note.
