★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the products are display only. Lot of them don't have stock. HQ warehouse didnt keep stock. The staff is inocent if you blame them. The only problem is SENG Heng HQ lag of stock. That is suck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a TV at another branch that had already closed. Then a lightning strike (I think) damaged the TV and my Unifi.
Brought the big TV to the shop and they were shocked! "Eh. No need. Call us and we will come"
I brought the TV back home and the repairman came. He said they don't cover lightning strikes but you know what, he replaced something on the TV and didn't charge me for it.
Only about two weeks later only the Unifi man came, and charged me hundreds of ringgit.
This actually happened a few years ago. Giving the review now coz saw the low rating and had to speak up.
Have bought an air fryer there in 2019 and got good service too.

Ok la, managed to get one person to answer, after answering one question, hilang dunno where she went.. end up walking out without buying anything..senheng dah byk duit kot...dun care abt customer service d..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've got many items from SENG Heng from toaster to big screen TV and I like the extended warranty plan. So when in Shah Alam, I searched for one of it's branch and painstakingly drove over to the place. I was ready to get an iPhone13 Pro but the Dyed hair Malay staf said they only have iphone 12.
I went to the counter and there were 2 units iphone 13 Pro Max. When asked, the guy lied to my face by saying they just arrived (in 3 seconds?)
I knew then that they don't want my business. I pull my wife and the 3 grown children out of the store and left. 16th May 2022 between 5.15pm to 5.25pm
