Regret to buy washing machine from the shop. Very regret as they treat client very very very rude.

โ โ โ โ โ that was a good place last time i visit..it hav a promotion for certain item for their 31st anniversary..the staff also friendly and the place js big and spacious.. so many choice to drcide alsO they have in store to baking up in the 2nd flOor its just nice and beautiful place to learning how to bake โค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ moment you walk in the store, you can see there are like almost 10-20 workers, mind you how i know, bcos all of them wearing uniform. no way i can mistake about it. then u started asking questions, first answer would be a good hand gesture pointing one corner of the shop (usually end of the shop). and wholla as expect no one to be found the item I ask for. So again I nicely ask another person, as usual that epic hand gesture, now I insist to guide me and show me the actual loction, then coems the second act, fake typing into computer then say sry the no longer in stock. Seng heng must a money laundering company, how to run business like this. hmmmm

โ โ โ โ โ Besar oii Grand Seng Heng sini. Best and suitable place to get your house appliance. And fyi sengheng also provide Xiaomi brand but mostly need to order 1st and your items will get in 3days and others, there is no delivery charges ?

We bought a Samsung TV & but already unable to ON it eventhough it was bought < 1 year ago. Went there to ask on the repair but the Shop Employee was so rude, just looked at me & just continue to push the Carton without saying anything.
There are many other Electric Shops at Setia Alam with so much better service & quality items. This is the first & last time that we will purchase anything from this shop. One of the worst Service Shop in Setia Alam that I have came across. Will rate it at 0 Star if there is one.

We lodged complaint on Monday night but Samsung Botanic only received our report 4 days later. Samsung Technician came over to our house at 2.00 pm today but need to wait another week as office is closed for holidays & they have to order spare parts.
TO THE MANAGEMENT OF GRAND SENHENG
Please solve this problem & not using Holidays as an excuse to delay the repair. The inferior quality of your items are not customer's fault!!!

โ โ โ โ โ My visits here have always been a mixed bag, pointing to the fact that an organistion is like your hand - each digit is of different shape and size and serves different function. You can choose to behave like the thumbs up, the pinkie or the middle finger - its all up to you, but be aware that your behaviour has an impact on your customers, your company's profitability, and ultimately your career. The sales staff here are great, but the cashier treats you like you owe them a favour for just being allowed to stand in front of the till. I'll have to find another Senheng further from home or find a different appliance supplier nearby.
