โ โ โ โ โ Had my dinner out at Kopi in Setia Alam after the steamboat buffet place we plan to go had closed down so my friend suggest why not check out this western food place in Setia Alam so off we went.
The ambiance is kinda ok ~ chill and relaxing.
Drink wise, my glass of Coke was RM5 (just a glass non refillable) while a glass of ice-water is RM1 which is OK la.
We ordered for starter the Southwestern Seafood Chowder and Chicken Balls and for main their Chef Signature Latino Chicken Chop and also the Fish and Chips.
I would say food here does not suit me well ~ firstly I would say I missed out the "southwestern" in the seafood chowder and was expecting the creamy one but then came this but its OK. Taste wise just OK but i felt seafood chowder should not have shrimps with shells, for the least.
The chicken ball was average, nothing to shout about but probably the best all night.
The fish and chips I felt the batter should be crispier but this was just off the fryer and its not crispy. Freshness of the fish is also questionable.
The Latino Chicken Chop I felt is too salty especially the batter and it kinda overwhelmed the salsa sauce that is on it.
The store owners did say they can try to accomodate to your taste, so if you had it once, you can request for a crispier fish and chips or a less salty Latino Chicken Chop.
However, for me it was a disappointment but then as you know each of our tastebuds are different and it might suit you well.
Good thing is convenient parking.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely spot on. My friend recommended this place and it was fantastic. The atmosphere inside was great, cozy and nice to have a nice peaceful chat. The dishes were great. The coffee were lovely as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Cozy and quirky cafe in Setia Alam. While most cafes strive to look elegant, KOPI cafe decided to go with the โindustrialโ look - containers, sacks and grey floors.
The contrast is a bit jarring at times - it feels like itโs trying to be both an upscale cafe as well as a cheap western food restaurant. For example, their otherwise pretty Signature Coffee is presented on a dirty-looking wooden board.
Speaking of dirty, hope they can improve the cleanliness of the toilet area.
Their Signature Coffee is decent if you like sweet drinks (think one of their main ingredients is gula Melaka). If like me, you prefer something less sweet - ask for another option from their โ7 Wonders Of Coffeeโ menu ?
The brownie + ice cream (RM16) dessert is a great way to indulge in chocolaty goodness.
Also, kudos to the waiter - very passionate and helpful. His enthusiasm convinced me to plan another visit to sample their other offerings ?

โ โ โ โ โ Order bolognese pasta and serve with aglio pasta, asked waiter they said boss change recipe of boolgnese. Food okok only. Signature hot coffee serve with cold coffee. Only the kids playground still o,but dunno have sanitize or not.

โ โ โ โ โ The environment is cosy. I like the environment. Wouldnt doubt that.
The food, taste wasn't that bad. However, since the price is not that cheap, your expactation is high. I have went to other place ordered same menu, but taste is better than this and price much cheaper.
The only thing that will make me come back again, is just the environment. Other than that, nah!

โ โ โ โ โ Nice quiet environment on a Sunday night. Pleasant Jazz music piping. Servers were quick and attentive. Almost zero wait time for food and drinks. They even have a small play area for kids.
Some items were out of stock at the time,anything that had chilly in them.
The chicken chop was great. The rest was ok. In terms of coffee I found it a bit odd it came mixed with sugar syrup at the bottom. Should give this option or serve it on the side. The drinks did come on the sweet side.
Kids menu was cute.
Good place for family to visit or friends to have a chat.
