★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel scammed and cheated by SENQ paradigm mall. Bought air cond from them 3 months ago, was told will get rm30 voucher end of year. So now I see the voucher in my app I went to redeem it and they say cannot as my membership expire need to pay rm12 to activate. For a big company who just IPO this is shaddy scammy behaviour, the voucher I got is from purchasing air cond, not from being a member so it should have nothing to do with the expiry of my membership. If voucher expire is a different story and I will accept it but not this situation where I feel totally cheated by SENQ. Please go Harvey Norman or Courts instead folks, at least they don't scam people in this slimy say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ******Please be aware of apple product (airpods) warranty period*****, they may count warranty period from manufacturing date instead of puchase date when u buy apple products from this branch…..they wont issue hardcopy invoice & receipt but softcopy instead (nor to mention warranty wording or expiry date on invoice & receipt softcopy at senheng app)…..please be extra careful to check the warranty period & date before u pay the apple product at the counter……it’s like one of scam tactic by senheng…..

Staff were helpful and TV warranty replacement process was assisted by Mr Tom who responded quickly to SenQ HQ upon confirmation of store choice. Was given fairly good explanation for the products. Item was delivered and installed to home by competent and friendly team.
