★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever!!! They don't allow the rider such as foodpanda/happyfresh/delivery until the owner home OR ATLEAST AT THE GROUND FLOOR LIFT AREA. I HAD TO CARRY HEAVY THINGS ALONE UNTIL MY BLOCK WHICH MOST FAR FROM THE GUARD HOUSE AMONG ALL THE BLOCKS!!
