★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 1st time engaging JHT for their services. Scope of job includes deep cleaning for office and carpet. Ms Shyamala was very responsive and very accountable. She manages her team well and is very organised. Work was done well and efficiently. I am very impressed with how organised the cleaning was carried out. It’s really a joy to see the job done without any supervision from my side. Ms Shyamala and her team are very efficient and very well organised as they have years of experience doing this. I will definitely use their services again. I highly recommend JHT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had last minute deep cleaning booking as soon as our house been messed up after repair jobs; we had a very thorough cleaning for the whole house. Rose, one of the lady did a perfect job all over, with less supervision, and has fast & beyond expectations work. Overall satisfied with a clean house. I recommend JHT service, and Rose specifically. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged two cleaners for deep cleaning. One is very friendly and willing to work but another seems to be unwilling to work as though I didn't pay her. Missed alot of spots for a deep cleaning service and was rushing to go back despite I added another hour.
Brought all the equipments out 15 mins before time ended, didn't have chance to ask them clean leftover spots..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for deep cleaning but I got regular cleaning instead.
I booked for 2 cleaners for 4 hours, but only 1 came. When asked where was the second person, she said 'I booked only 1 cleaner' . After she checked Whatsapp, then only realised she was wrong and said 'the other maid can't make it because did not finish her job at the other location' - or something like that.
Her (lady boss) attitude is very defensive and curt. I will not book this company again. She is not pleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The most genuine and profesional home cleaning services. I actually request more than cleaning including remove, wash, dry and put back all the curtains in the house including bedding and sofa cover.. I even asked them to wash and hang 2 buckets of clothes , wash and dry extra blanket. The way they cleaned the house , remove every furniture, wipe every inch / area , mopping 3 times.. The best thing they don’t need much supervision cause they really know how to do their job.. received instructions very well.. They end up spending 5 hourse cleaning and completes all the task given.. they clean my fan too .. they use a good quality cleaning product from magic clean and dettol.. What not to love? I am really happy and satisfied with their services! 2 workers for 5 hours continuously work hard( they don’t waste time chit chatting and working non stop) and bring their own cleaning tools / product, they charged me a very reasonable price.. to me it is cheap consider the amount of work / job given to them.. of course when i asked them to send everything to self service laundry I paid for the coins.. the fact that they accept orders and simply carry everything to the dobby makes me really happy! 100% recommended!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to inform, the first Indonesian maid u sent was good and everything clean. The second Punjabi lady work is not so efficient and she was rushing all the time which also cause my glass bottle to fall down and broke. That place tiles till date still oily to be honest cause the entire bottle broke and spill there. And the smell haven’t too strong since it’s dark soy sauce.
The cleaner at last didn’t even throw the bin rubbish
