★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At KL international airport at gate no. C. Great place for authentic Malaysian food. I had the chefs recommendation Grandmama’s special Nadu Lemak.
The taste of Chicken Curry is awesome, the coconut rice on green banana leaf, boiled eggs, cucumbers and dried fish with ground nuts. Sufficient for one person the cost is not very high considering the International Airport.
Have fresh coconut at the end.

Great place to get introduced to Malay cuisine.
Oh! The Tiger Draught Beer and Satay set are must haves...
Hakka Fried Rice is too tasty with moderate spice level. One plate can serve 2 people.
One of the best restaurants in KLIA....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few places open during MCO. A lot of dishes ran out during dinner time, so I settled for nasi goreng kampung. Not quite the typical one I expected with anchovies, and spinach. Feels more like nasi goreng with ayam goreng. That said, the rice was well cooked, chicken was good too. A little pricey (RM 27), but ok for airport. This could be a good spot for your last taste of home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get dinner while waiting for the flight schedule at KLIA. This restaurant quite crowded at that time due to the long weekend. This place actually quite big with some tables and chair, even if you sit inside then you can see the parking area for airplane close to your window.
I have to wait a bit longer for the table to be prepared because at that time most of all staffs was working with other customers. I order hainam rice and nasi lemak, also fresh coconut. And i need to wait again until the food can be served on the table. Total waiting time at that time around 30 minutes. Still acceptable but if the flight schedule was too tight, it will be a problem.
For the hainam rice, the chicken meat really tender and juicy, so tasty. The rice also tasty and i can taste the herb inside. For nasi lemak for me it did not have any differences with other restaurant that i tried, even at that time the chicken taste plain. But for the fresh coconut it was really tasty, a lot of coconut water inside.
They served halal food only here, so do not worry about the cooking equipment as well. Overall, the place is good with good seating arrangement. For the portion per food also enough. For the price actually not too expensive, still reasonable for that portion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the beef kuey teow and nasi ayam istimewa. The beef was tender and the taste was not bad. The fried chicken, beef serunding and assam prawn were all delicious. Portion quite big too. Fast and good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent mamak mee goreng, pricier but this is international airport. Be weary though when paying cash that you’ve got the right change back, could’ve been an honest mistake but I’d say just check twice.
