β β β β β I'm student of "Top level participants of equity market" course from Grand Pine, the content of this course is surrounding the topic of risk & reward, and how the market 4 key participants behaviors, strategies and appetites that influence the up and down of the equity market. The topic that I really benefited was how the fund manager utilize data analysis, Alpha and Beta method to derive investment strategies. I had leveraged some of the idea by utilized the existing data and features in Algobox to relatively measure stock price of the companies against its fundamental data like PE and PB to derive the range of price for the intended to accumulate stock, and also practice the simple beta risk check by review the market PB and M1, M2 monetary supply to assess the relative market risk for the better execution of relative profit cut-off and relative cash ratio . Apart from this, one of my major pain point was how to better measure the fact finding of BVE and forward PE of the companies that with growth factors, because I was lacking of concrete investment experience in growth stock. Now I had equipped with better understanding on how to differentiate the companies with the short term of key of growth and long term strategic plan for the industry level, this include process flow on how to in higher perspective evaluate the linkage one tactical action against company long term strategic plan, and keep the re-evaluation process till we are closer to the actual fact to derive the financial impact for forward PE estimation.
The closer you get to real matter, the more confidence you are in investment journey!
