★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never called my number saying they were outside my house, don't bother to ring the doorbell!? Easy claiming person was not there. Not even sticker outside my door!
I will have to go myself pick it up otherwise I will have to wait until 9pm when their round finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience time and time again with GDEX. As far as I know, courier services will (1) call you when they arrive at your address to let you know that they are delivering a parcel to you, and (2) if you are not at home, they will leave a "sorry, we missed you" card in your mailbox. For the past few times that I have had parcels delivered to me via GDEX, neither option (1) or (2) have happened. Instead, they just update the tracking information and said "undelivered due to refuse to accept - consignee not in". How can I refuse to accept a parcel when I was not even informed of a parcel coming that day? Yesterday (20/4/18), you updated the tracking information claiming again that consignee was not in and parcel was undelivered. But in fact, my entire family was home all day. No phone call, no buzz from the guard house, no "sorry, we missed you" card. Nothing! If I did not bother to check the tracking information, I would never receive my parcels. What kind of courier service are you? Instead of delivering parcels to your customers, you end up inconveniencing them to go pick up their parcels themselves! Absolutely ridiculous! If I could give you less than 1*, I would!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy, failed delivery, didn't call, blame the guard but guard is actually helpful to accept all parcel on behalf. Called to arrange another delivery gdex staff say wil delivery tmr but after few days no show then called them again only know my parcel they send back to the HQ! ??Now I wana come all the way to HQ to collect and some more they can't gv me an answer and ned to wait few hours for them to get back to me to see whether I can pick up myself or not! So how? Why u make it so complicated for ppl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unresponsive courier, as MCO so everyone absolutely at home but they marked customer not reachable/ customer not at home while even they haven’t made only one call.
Then they asked tomorrow come their branch to self collect, it’s really ridiculous.
Bad and terrible experience with GDEX at least with my case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If their mission as a courier service company is to ensure that nothing gets delivered to you, they have accomplished exactly that. I had 2 parcels that were shipped out but got stuck at their warehouse in Sungai Buloh for almost a month. I called their customer service and emailed them but nobody gave me a reason as to why my parcels was not being delivered. I finally got tired of waiting and went to collect it personally from Sg Buloh. Called their HQ customer service to prepare the parcels for me in advanced and when I got there, the staff at the Sg Buloh warehouse informed me that the system was down and told me to return the next day. I was livid. Why wasn't there any communication within the company?! Why was the HQ not aware that the system was down at the warehouse? After speaking with the manager, they were finally willing to look for my parcels and got them for me. Guess what, a week after, my email to the customer service finally got an update saying that my parcels were already delivered! Yeah because I had to do your job for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Responsive and good customer service! One of my parcels when undetected as the tracking said that it was delivered late evening and no one was around at the time. When I called to get them to investigate, they kept me updated with the progress and were very patient with my queries. The parcel was found (accepted by my niece who informed me much later) but I have to commend their positive service!
