★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a nice bus from Singapore to TBS...though the chinese guy at Golden Miles was abit rude and not friendly even when i asked him some questions. The bus was okay and the service was nice..i recommend it to you.

Bus reached late half an hour more.
Stop at tbs for an hour with no scheduled and notice.
Officially depart at 10.19am
Bus driver are rude.
Reached destination at 8pm.
Used 11 hour to reach Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly suggest everyone NOT to consider Grassland Express as your transport company with my overall experience and it is not good value for money. This is because my bus driver chasing all passengers out from the bus approximately 30 minutes for his lunch and it causes me delayed to my destination and trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable ride spacious seats, took an extra 2 hours to cross the Causeway and pass through immigration, avoid arriving in Singapore between 4-'9pm especially on a Sunday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KL To SG my 2 boys were not given blanket and water which were given from SG to KL. Despite reminding the driver that it was too cold at night from KL to SG he did not give. Top it off, driver was filling up the empty seats for $5 each passenger at the SG customs and we were made to wait for 1.5hrs. Totally unprofessional and unethical! SG to KL was good but totally appalled from KL to SG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus itself was comfortable, however the attitudes of the drivers really need improvement. Our driver asked us to check and confirm our luggage after the JB checkpoint. At first he was speaking in malay then got frustrated when no one understood and the other driver had to translate.
I got off the bus to confirm my luggage and he acknowledged it so I went back onto the bus. The other passengers got back on but the same driver was still outside. After 10 mins he came back onto the bus with my suitcase yelling in malay again asking whose it was. I raised my hand in confusion and he started yelling loudly, blaming me for the fact that he forgot that I had already confirmed with him.
After a long bus ride, the last thing you really need is someone yelling at you for their mistake. Take at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service of driver on 12:31 thu 3 january 2019 when i was sleeping on the bus the driver call me up and call me go out of bus cause the driver need to eat lunch not only me be chasing all the people on the bus also be chasing .When I going down the bus i ask the driver need to wait how long and he reply me with a bad attitude "saying 30 minutes"so we wait at the yongpeng about 30 minutes.
