β β β β β The main ofiice JTB Japan Travel Agency branch at amoda building 16th floor.. a bit tight security to get in.. fill in your name at security guard then you will go up to the office.. nice and cozy with warm welcome some japanese staff.. the office open only monday to friday

β β β β β not at all helpful. was enquiring about the Shoryudo 5 day Highway Bus Pass and there is the idiot who i spoke to on the phone was more interested in lunch than serving customers. then there is this malay dude sitting infront, really bumiputera style. i dont know. not even attempting to assist.
finally the manager i hope she is, if not she deserves to be, came to explain the pass tho not in great detail but 5 stars for the attempt. she is japanese. they never sold this pass in their lifetime i think...not knowing anything about it..
having said that the Shoryudo bus pass is a good buy if travelling to nagoya-takayama-kanazawa-toyama area!

β β β β β If you are travelling to Japan this is the place you need to go to find out more about japan. They provide lots of materials for free for you to make up your mind which prefecture you want to visit.
You also can buy passes and admission tickets here.
The have few office but i recommend that you visit the HQ.

β β β β β Japanese most famous Travel Agency. The staff were so helpful and gave me lot of information. JR pass price more cheaper than any other travel agency. Incase you so lazy to travel by public transport they also got tour packages. Good service!
