★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service here ! we were required to make appointment online earlier in order to enter the office to enquire about the policy, so I have book my appointment 3 days earlier, turns out we still have to waited to be served. The staff at customer service talks impolitely.. and none of us serve us even after 30 minutes ! So what’s the point of making appointment ??
