View is awesome, staffs are inexperienced. Looks clean enough, as the airline put us in suits, not sure how the other more general rooms will fare, but should be similar. Amenities are OK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, modern, expensive and a little empty or sterile. Felt like a ghost town when I visited my friend there, but he loves it and enjoys living there. Allocated parking and high security. Lacks any sense of community or neighbourliness and there are no shops. It just feels so remote and everything that you might need is driving distance. If you want to live in a thriving community and meet new friends, this place is not for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not crowded, the environment around seems like a ghost town. No one around the gym and swimming pools which makes it a great place to stay. Very poor maxis coverage inside the buildings and a smell very bad maybe due to less cleaning inside the building by the cleaner. Secured, need to pass through the security. 3km away from mesamall, the nearest mean of shopping and buyung grocery. Not really convenient, no grab services or no mean of transportation. So come along with your own transportation. Many empty parking and condo rooms/houses. Clean swimming pools and gym. Not well lit inside the buildings. Less choices of food delivery and high delivery fees.
PERFECT PLACE FOR THOSE WHO ENJOYED QUIET ENVIRONMENT
UNFAVORABLE PLACE FOR THOSE WHO PREFER CONVINIENT AREA. (NO GRAB, EXPENSIVE FOODPANDA, WEAK COVERAGE, ETC)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to just relax after work. It's a very beautiful place where you can sit by the pool side, you can jog around the residential area and it's surrounded by trees. It's slightly windy and you get to enjoy your evenings better if you stay outdoors.
