★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Master bedroom water leaking, new furniture all spoils and cover in mole and smelly. Wall water stains are cover with mouldy. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the guards there discriminate against the non residents. I saw the guards being super friendly with the residents and not being strict especially when it comes to pool attires but act differently towards the non residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the tenant here, been staying here for 1 year to be exact, I pay my house rent every month & sad but true my owner having problems of paying the maintenance fees. Due to that, I can't even go up to my unit, I have to take the stairs, furthermore I have a 3 years old daughter. Plus, the MCO has been extended again & obviously the facilities can't be use, there's no point to block my unit's access card. Maintenance office staff are very very rude even after I've told them the owner will made payment each month RM500 which he already did the 1st payment, their excuse is "it's too little!" So, I have to suffer as a tenant when it is not my fault?
