★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current management is not doing their job well, the door access system is down very often, and there is not guard to assist at Block A, then I have to walk to guard house to seek for assist and walk back to block A again, you thought we are very free is it? if you know the data is missing, i think there is a way for you to retrieve the data back, unless you didn't maintain or organize the data

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just move in last month. The office staff & the security guards here are friendly, clean places, no smells at rubbish room, calm environment, very bright parking basement at night, nice pool and play land for kiddies. It's only they need to repaint the walls at the parking lifts. Overall I love staying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management slow n not efficient. Living here for a year is such a suffer!!! If got emergency case, u WILL DIE while waiting for the lift! Got maintain but not even a week, the lift broken down again and again. Im pity with the senior citizen living here with wheelchair, pregnant woman, waiting for the lift. Take more than 20 minutes everytime to wait for the lift. Giving up, moving out soon. This apartment is the worst, more worst than living in flat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the guards here are friendly but there's one guard who's very cocky and always shouts at the residents or tenants.Management is slow and imagine you have to sit for hours just waiting for your number to be called.The card sensor always has problems.Sometimes cannot scan in or out.If a contractor comes for repair work,they can't even drive their vehicles into the building.If not for the quiet environment here,I would have moved out long ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ congested place and very confusing routes if not guided. places is good in security. altho the lifts seems unsecure as access cards sensors per floor are disabled. or not maintained.
studio apartment style. not bad. but not preferred
