★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service bad , no attitude! And food taste is really bad , is very bad experience! Not recommend! Order yam fish , the fish have strange smell ! ! Pay 200+ for this kind of restaurant, not worth it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly and attentive. Still bothered to ask how we wanted our drinks - hot, iced, warm or cold without ice. After we had differing choice, the staff kindly gave us warm and a cup of ice so that we would all be satisfied.
Had the black chicken soup. Soup was rich although chicken portion is a little small for 2 pax. Still quite worth it for the ingredients that they put inside.
The abalone rice was a little disappointing cause the menu did show small abalones but when it came there was only bits of it. Nevertheless there was quite a bit of mushroom and the taste was nice.
Will come back again to try other soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Cantonese Style food with really nice herbal soups to complement other dishes. The service was friendly and fast. Prices are reasonable for the quality received. I believe the standout dishes were the herbal soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I try this outlet at Paradigm as I usually frequent the one at Tebrau City. The restaurant specialised in brew soup and dishes cooked with ingredients that have health benefits.
It was crowded during lunch as it was the third day of Chinese New Year. Most of the staffs were busy and pretty unfriendly except for one staff called Shi Yun who without fail served us with a smile whenever we need her assistance.
We ordered Lotus Root & Groundnut Spare Rib Soup, signature bean Curd Skin in Soy Bean Paste, Sesame Oil Chicken Claypot, Pan-Fried Basil Slices Fish with BlackFungus and Braided Pork Noodle Served with Soup. We ordered our usual drinks and I ordered a pot of Pur Er for myself. The food was generally ok but the Lotus Root Soup and the Basil Fish are the Winners. I find the Pur Er tea a bit pricey (rm13.90) for a small pot but it makes up for the pretty pot they served. Picture is attached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a food review but a review of the service and operations. We came on a saturday afternoon and ordered around 5 dishes. Had informed the very quiet and non chalant waitress that we were catxhingta movie and would love it if the food could be served as soon as possible. As she didnt answer us, we assumed that she had heard us and would pass instructions along.
We waited for about 30 minutes and still no food to be seen. We asked another service staff and was told it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes wait. Even if we were not in a hurry, 50 minutes wait for food is not quite reasonable especially the restaurant was half empty. The waitress could also have warned us it was going to be a long wait when we first sat down to order. Extremely disappointing. Service staff needs to go back to basic customer service training.

Came here for dinner with family,
I tried their outlet in Taman Tun Aminah about 1 month ago.
Order 2 soup , prawn, pork and other vege.
Seem that the taste is have big variation between outlet for their stir fry mushrooms with lotus roots.
Look for the set meal .. better deal...
Service is acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food never fails to disappoint as it's very tasty and nutritious. Cooked with high quality ingredients, the price is quite steep compared to other restaurants.
Staff were quite friendly however they are severely under-staffed. Hopefully more people can be hired to cope as lots of the tables were empty/filled with dirty dishes, which means lots of business is gone.
