★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time here. The screen is okay. Temperature is great, not too cold. Not satisfied with the staff (Fadilah) in the counter. Needs more training in customer service. Working like not interested in job. Not welcoming and no smile on face and rude. The popcorn not nice, drinks and food overpriced. Reviewing from the theater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ snacks are way overpriced. the smoothies were good though. but it's kind of ridiculous that it took them almost 10+ minutes to make one, especially when there were no other visible customers to be catered to. made me miss 10 minutes of the movie screening haha. staff could also stand to be a little more friendly, considering that this cinema is in Pavilion. overall though the space is clean, the seats in the theatres are comfy and I've never seem any trash laying around before a movie started.
Edit: bought the same smoothie a second time before a movie screening and they were definitely a lot quicker this time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ User friendly self-service ticketing system considering we manage to complete the browse, select and pay within a minute on first use. Pleasant waiting lobby, toilet and hall recline seating. The exit hallway is a nice surprise we actually hang around to take some pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and the cinema experience was mid. The waffles I ordered were frozen, the croissant i had was super hard. The drinks are good tho. The cinema was room temperature, i didn’t mind it but my husband did. Might be hot for some people. Overall meh.

Also, 35 RM for 75g of “imported” nachos & a LARGE drink that’s barely regular ??
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed, so much hype for what, they seem to have spent most of their energy an resources on redoing the entering area , even there the cafe area is disappointing, they forgot the food. The food on offer is very limited and nothing special intact the old cinema had more options.
The ticket prices are double the pre covid prices which makes it feel a bit of a rip off.
I suggest they reconsider ticket price an seriously work on their menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First cinema where we were not freezing, whilst Screen 6 is not very big the sound and seats quality made up for it. Great to be back at the cinema again after 2 years!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aesthetic outside of the cinemas are great and well thought. Big screens greet you at the ticket counters and waiting area while ticket redemption at f&b are fast due to multiple people manning the counters.
The caramel popcorn tasted just a normal caramel popcorn would taste and the large bag doesn’t look like large.
Some toilets are very small, although very clean, I feel like if many people go out and go to the toilet at the same time, It can be cramped up.
The screen IMO is just okay, sound is good.
Very cold.
