Two (2) instances of complaint.
1. What's the point of buying food online when we have to queue at the "buying counter" whom everyone did not buy online are buying the food at the physical counters
- and whereby the food prices are all the same online and physical
- and because of that we are late for the movie?
- never had to queue at the counter and then only collect the food at the "hot food area"
- when asked why, your counter guy showed his bloody black and rude face and just straight up ask us "just scan"
2. Just a couple days ago, a friend had an injury in the mall. The nearest shop that had ice was GSC
- asked for just one (1) ONE cup of ice
- they rejected me and rudely asked me to queue all the way behind (for context, queue was at least 30 people)
Never had any issues before this, enjoyed GSC prior to this, and this is the worst sort of experience to feel within a short period of time.
