★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely will not come back. Barber skill is bad and too rough handling hair clipper. Even my side's hair not smooth and the line is not straight,just aware after a shower.
1. You have two barbers. The shorter one, and please advise him not simply wohoo your customer, i am not his friend. I am not a serious type guy, but please just be polite with your customer.
2. At sri dagangan branch.
3. I was there from 1-2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst barber I have visited. Operating hours started at 12pm but staff only came 20min later and keep me waiting for another 10min outside. Staff aren't friendly with an attitude or acting in a way that shows he do not like people asking questions (when he were asked about his operating hours). I’m a customer and about to pay for their services and these kind of treatment is not healthy for their business. I left the premises after I were ask to wait further as he is taking his sweet own time setting up the shop. This attitude shown by the staff is unacceptable for a service line of business. I am strongly urge for public not to visit this barber shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop giving a very good service but very disappointed with one of the workers. The barber there giving rough haircut and can't take my command very well. Also can't solved my problems when i asked for his suggestion. And also, correct me if im wrong. The barber charged me rm25 for skinfade but I don't remember him using a shaver during my haircut instead he used 0 clipper. I would recommend going to Hit Barber instead of Gunteng. Same price but gave superb service and plus the barber there are much more skillful. The barber there also gave me some tips on how to take care of my hair and even recommended me other haircut if the hair that i want are not suitable with my headshape. That's all from me. I think the boss should supervise his workers more on how they treat the customers and also have to upgrade their skills. No offense here, im giving 3 stars coz i really like how the boss treat the customers. I felt really comfortable.

One of the barber insisted to go out take parcel even knowing many customers in q.
After finish cutting for my son and myself the barber nor even back to shop yet.
A very young barber I think below age of 20 cut for my son and I. Frankly speaking, it is not up to the standard where he can cut for customer.
Previously was one of my favourite barber shop but not now after the last experience.
I'll still give it a try before I finally give up on them.
