★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium place. Priced for working adults with very good service on hair and very professional. Atmosphere is incredible and barber is very professional and courteous. Price is affordable with the service provided. Reminds me of Truefitt&Hill standards but cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best haircut since I arrived few years ago in Malaysia. Though I dont speak Bahasa and the hairdresser could not speak in English, we managed to communicate through Google translator and pictures of the haircut I wanted. The hairdresser perfectly executed it. I will certainly come back next time I pass by Kuantan. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE UPDATE YOUR OPERATION HOURS! We came so far all the way, and just to be told that they tengah REHAT. From 530PM-8PM. JUst wasted peoples time to come all the way for a hair cut and got told THEY TENGAH REHAT. Such a waste of a good hair cut place but no sense of responsibility towards your customers time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very very very good place to get your haircut! I took the haircut/shampoo/scrub package plus their pomade. Their haircut was amazing! I just simply asked the barber in charge for a suitable wedding haircut and he delivered it with a 10/10 services! It's a very comfortable place with good vibe and I will surely come here again for another haircut after my wedding. Keep up the good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice decoration and clean. The barbers are professionally dressed. Be prepared to wait during weekend. RSVP only for VIP service (RM55 for haircut with shampoo in VIP room).
Please don't compare the price with Bunga Raya la ya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sure the haircuts are top notch but they need to improve their customer experience.
1. Called in the morning to make a reservation and was asked to walk in.
2. Walked in at 11 plus.
3. Shop had 9 customers and only 2 barbers.
4. Based on the usual speed at these type of premium barbers it would take about 25 mins per customer which would mean a total of 225 mins.
5. With two barbers that would translate to a 112 mins of wait which is 8 mins shy of 2 hours.
6. Perhaps using a booking system or taking reservations would help reduce such inefficiencies and help manage customer expectations.
7. Sincerely hope to see them stay on of the barbering game in Kuantan.
8. Will change my ratings in the future if there is a change in their waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly im impressed with the service quality. I feel bad paying 25 ringgit for such a meticulous cut. The environment looks like a luxury salon, machines are clean and sharp. I believe there's a free drink as well; spotted beverage machine at the sofa area (didnt bother asking since i came during ramadan). Overall : no flaw...just great! Oh ya they are opened on time too at 10am. And taking rest from 5-8pm before resume back until 10pm. Just sharing the info.
