★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer services and the rooms are incredibly dirty during my stay . Not up to the rate that was given. My room smelled of decaying rat and the amenities was really disappointing. Hope they can improve every aspect of their businesses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Road trip to my child home and school. The resort place is the same as i remember. Mountain ever cool and clean.
Probably the main entrance and public amenities need to upgraded and maintained. Sad to see it in a rundown state. Probably businesses is just picking up after lock down from Covid 19

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay with this hotel was horrible, when we called we asked if they would prepare breakfast for us by 6am. They said ok, but after checking in they said no. Breakfast is buffet and open after 6am only. We are hikers and we were planing to stay here only because of the breakfast and Gunung Ledang was closer. For 159 we could hv gotten better deals. Rooms were extremely dirty, kettle looked like someone took a dump in it. Pillows were full of stains, cobwebs everywhere. You can tell they didn’t even care to sweep the floor!!! I was absolutely disgusted! Pls do not stay here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room and the balcony need to be clean more, also the hallway near the room. Other than that everything is ok for me. The best part of this it is near the Ledang Waterfalls , just a walking distance.
I give 4 stars because I believe the resort just start the business back after the covid-19 restrictions so I hope the management can improves the cleanliness part of the room in the future. I wish to bring my family back here but with a better conditions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 2 nights for our Ledang hike. The resort was very run down and the room is very basic with the price we paid a night at RM159 is not worth it. No breakfast provided and staff only available at day time. Night time is only security on duty.
The toilet smells like pee and stain everywhere. The room not very clean and do not provide mineral water and fridge.
Whoever wanna hike Ledang i would suggest to stay at Tangkak town which is just a 20mins drive to the National Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great mountain resort for hiking, nature trail, sightseeing and organise functions. The function halls are well maintained and clean. Room and facilities are quite good too. Courteous and friendly staff. Food catering for events are also delicious with reasonable prices. Climb up to see the Puteri Waterfall.
