★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally nothing special there. Long waiting time, low quality food, worst of all the restaurant is so hot and humid! It's my first and last time. And I strongly advise anyone that saw this review to give it a pass. Totally not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant boss lady- I’m amazed with how a boss handled situation when customer complaint abt seeing a fly inside the steamboat.
Was having dinner tonight at IOI Guoma express, with twin Soup in a steamboat. and found a fly inside the one of the soup in the steamboat. We were not angry cuz understand it’s possible since fly is everywhere. We asked nicely to change the whole pot but ended up only one side of the soup was change while the other side with all the ingredients soaking in the soup. As the soup with fly was boiling and spill over to the other side, so it’s impossible that they only change one side of its.
Then after that I received a call from the boss lady asked us why not we don’t have dinner over here anymore?!
Never received such rude dining experience and not apologetic at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion, it shouldn't receive good review though the mixed sauce is delicious. It doesn't have the reservation service, you have to queue for at least 30 to 1.30 hrs depending on number of pax. The service of the assistance manager really bad, she is not flexible and has poor attitude. We have 8 adults+3 kids, after waited for 1.30 hrs she gave us a table of 8 pax. Just after seated (& before the foods is served) the 11 pax table was available, we requested to change to a bigger table but she rejected, besides she asked us to squeeze and not to make her difficult, while our baby has to put behind of us during the meal. There is no channel to give feedback to the owner as well.

They also add another sauce which make you can served the food as ma la xiang guo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queued for 1 hour, when going in, they served the pot and soup, but no foods (meat and vege). Waited the food to be served for more than 30 mins and all soup already evaporated. Very bad experiences.
