The sensor’s alarm went off as I walked out just now and without any apology, they just took my bag back to the counter, took everything out (turns out there wasn’t any issue) and harshly stuffed all my clothes back in a crumpled manner. And when I asked them to put the clothes back in properly, they were so annoyed by it. H&M, filter your staff!! I spent hundreds at H&M just now and it was so embarrassing when the alarm went off, and they made no apology. SO rude. I have no idea why H&M staffs act like they’re better than everyone else as if they’re working for some designer boutique, when they’re the ones WORKING. Will be taking this to the HO.
