★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A smaller H&M than you'd normally find in other Asian major cities, but it also has some of the H&M Home offerings. Fast fashion for classically low prices, and a relatively quick experience to go in, get what you want, try it on and pay for it. Nothing extravagant or really personal, but you probably already know that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Men's section is less than women's collection, still. But the place is clean and well kept. The quality of items is noticeably not on par with other H&M branches, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M is one of my favorite store to buy my pants n shirts, suppose to be a 5 star or 4 at least rating.. sadly service is not up to par. My last visit in this Paradigm branch, very long queue and only 1 counter open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love h&m clothes. But today I was really disappointed with your guard. He was super rude and talk to us loudly and in a condescending way. I saw he scold an old aunty for not queuing for temperature check right in front of me. I know that it was the aunty’s fault but he could tell her nicely. And he was so arrogant. End up, the aunty and I did not even enter the store because of him. I did not managed to get his name though. Ruined my mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good choice of clothing and great deals especially when there are sales. My favourite outlet is actually the one in Evolve mall because its usually quite empty, but this one is also relatively good. The service is good and the staff are friendly too. Would definitely stop by if I'm ever in paradigm mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Browsing for some infants clothing and pick out 2 sets each for grandson & granddaughter. At the cashier counter, presented vouchers received for recycling and managed to get good discounts on the items purchased. It's a win win situation, social obligation to those in need and discounts for the giver. Good company who cares and contribute substantially to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another clothing store right next to another international chain in this mall. At least shoppers here can choose different designs, quality and pricing of clothing in this mall. This outlet is not so crowded and easy for all to browse and try at ease.
