★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ayam penyet crispy was good but undang penyet no, the shrimp got cooked while the skin still attached so when bite the shrimp, will bite the skin first, what the use to put flour on the shrimp if can't eat it without taking the skin off first.

Wife and me always look forward to makan here whenever we are at Paradigm Mall. Please maintain your quality and you will build up regular customers like me, dkota. Cant wait to makan ayam penyet crispy again ? ?.

Penyet refers to smashed. It is a typical menu in Malaysia and Indonesia where, fried chicken for example is smashed and served together with rice and condiments thus giving the name 'Ayam Penyet' to it or 'Smashed Chicken'. This newly opened restaurant concentrates on Penyet dishes from chicken to fish and on top of that it also serves Malaysian/Indonesian dishes such as Rojak, Soto, Rendang and even Tom Yum (Clear Soup Tom Yum).This restaurant is located in Food Arcade, Paradigm Mall.
