★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, 3 storey store. Offer good deal clothing, etc. Wide variety selection for ladies, especially. However they inadequate of store assistants, I believe, hardly to find any of them for assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to h&m at other store such as Avenue K & my town which all the staff is kind and treat the customers nicely at cashier counter example during check out or for recycling items. But when i went to h&m lot 10, there’s one cashier girl at ground floor is explaining different information regarding recycling items from other stores which is unacceptable and treat us like a fool. Hopefully h&m will teach all the staff same information and being nice to customer. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fancier outlet than most H&Ms. Bright & well laid out. Service is cold. Bit pricey for what you get. Doesn't seem to have much variation in fashion. Ok I guess for occasional buy. Parking is not bad within Lot10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 counters open but the customer are force to que in one line causing the line to be long que. Why can they allow other people to fill in the line for next counter? Would it be more faster rather than wait 45 minutes to do they payment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff failed to remove the security tag from my clothes. The security alarm did not go off when I left the branch. In total, I bought only 3 items.
I have to take the trouble to return to the store to have it removed tomorrow. I am irritated.
Service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a bright spacious store set over 3 floors. Lots of discount rails if you are either XS or XL on the whole. Service perfunctory but nothing special.
