I come every year to change my spec, old staff serve very good. But for this 2years only I see this uncle. Last year got another women (boss) in the shop together with this uncle, and uncle still talk good but black face. This year boss not here, only this uncle. The service damn bad, face black at all!!!!!!! Talk damn loud!!!!!!
I just comment some spec I dislike which is he choose for me and he ask me buy at other shop and talk to me not polite, damn loud, black face at all, Don border me and walk away to do his work at back.
I will not going back anymore, even I have been buy my spec there so many year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot fault them. Wesley, the owner and his staff are very helpful professional and relaible. No hard sell, just sound advice, good service, wide range to select from and great prices.
I ordered two prescription glasses when visisted their shop at Sungei Wang Plaza, KL on two seperate occasions. They tested my eyes, helped me choose my glasses and sent these to me Australia.
Keep it up Wesley. See you in a few weeks for another pair.
