โ โ โ โ โ Good place to buy formal and casual wears. They have huge variety especially for casuals in Menโs, Womenโs and Kids sections. The price is quite reasonable, you can get most of the clothes within a range of RM100. The quality is also good and quite big store with nice ambiance.

โ โ โ โ โ Depending on the season, you may find clothes suitable to your fashion taste. To me, most of the times I can't find such but I always manage to find clothes suitable to my fashion taste in Zara, though prices in Zara are higher than H&M. Then the staff here are not that friendly and are not professional enough. they are not service oriented enough and they are terribly slow in working. They don't even smile. Not all customers are the same.

โ โ โ โ โ This store is pretty standard as their other stores in KL. I think they have slightly more options.
1) Store is spacious and thereโs ample room for everyone.
2) Staff is helpful in helping me to search for the size I want.
3) There is a little bit more shoppers on a Saturday.

โ โ โ โ โ H&M Nu Sentral has been my last few purchases, I was also a customer at H&M Setia City Mall Shah Alam and H&M Avenue K. The Nu Sentral store is a duplex with a wide variety of merchandise. H&M in Malaysia has a very affordable range while retaining its high street fashion urban appeal. The accessories are mostly hypoallergenic and very wearable in local weather without discomfort. They are well known for the denim/jeans range. H&M stores have a streamlined ambience and layout, hence the shopping experience is always interesting from new arrivals to markdowns.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service boy was very rude. i brought a pair of shoes which was very Dirty by the dust. so i asked the man in the cash counter to clean this off gently but he rudely answered me "we don't do it here". so which responsibility is it to clean the mess in the shop. than he was acting very Wired and ruff tuff. the boy was in long hair. very messy and with hair colour.
