β β β β β Searching for a quality roofing contractor can be hard when you donβt know anyone, which is why most people turn to searching online to find one in their local area. Online reviews are essentially the new word of mouth, for many people turn to these reviews to get the most up-to-date information about a company before clients decide that it is a company that they want to work with. Which was what I did. I read the reviews and decided to give him a call.
Mr.Suhaimi is personable and he cares about what needs to be done to rectify specific issues, knowledgeable, competent and is very customers driven. Positive experience all around! He was wonderful to work with. He patiently explained everything and was very responsive to any questions I had. Mr.Suhaimi was not only easy to work with but he is also experienced, realistic and hard working. I had confidence in his analysis and had thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Everything was smooth as silk.

The job was completed on a tight budget and ALL roof-related issues fixed. He conveyed professional communication with satisfactory company-work completion as per quotation and successfully delivered job description as promised. Very good clean-up of home after roof installed. Cons: The job was completed 2 weeks beyond the initial estimated deadline. Unpredictable working hours, lots of delay, one-man-show. Great if you are in no hurry, not so otherwise.

Reasonable and honest price offered, whether they are small or big project. If it is not too urgent, please try out Mr Suhaimi's work. You will not regret it.

β β β β β Called him to help with a cat problem and he was very sincere to help. He was willing to do everything just to help a 2 weeks old kitten out from 'main hole' pipe. The kitten was stuck in the pipe for 3 days before Suhaimi (the plumber) successfully freed the kitten. He also did a very neat work and has a good attitude. Definitely helpful and responsive in every aspect.

β β β β β Today is the 3rd time I called En Suhaimi to help me with my house problem. my rooftop n ceiling both have small hole, rain water leak in from rooftop and damage the ceiling. En Suhaimi came to plaster the ceiling and repair the rooftop, he honestly told me that he didn't use anything to seal/ repair the roof top, he just moved some part of it to cover the hole, and charge me with a very reasonable price.
En Suhaimi is very gentle, humble and professional, highly recommended.

He and his team did a absolutely fantastic job in my bath room amnesties and kitchen tap installation. Definitely reasonable and honest price offered. He is my angel in handling my urgent requests. β β β β β Asked someone else to come as he was busy but that person was very irresponsible, went up to the roof didnβt check properly & said that there is no leaking then ask for money and go as quickly as he can. When I call someone else to go up check it was very clearly got water spraying out of the pipe. If dont dare to go roof top just say so, donβt need to make excuses.
