She ended up having more pains than when she first came in because the masseur wasn’t pressing on the right area. My sister had to request for the pressure to be increased 3 times, and the masseur gave reasons not to do it. Very disappointed.

r	reyta je on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just fin spa here! feels great .. they reopened the spa after pandemic earlier this month. its my 1st here. took the healing ritual package. and its amazing! my friend took the a la carte package. n she also agreed its amazing.. good cust service, great masseurs. ask for nurul /fatin they are great! and helpful (only them i knew anyway) n thank u to wawa for the great explanation.

Frontdesk told me this would be medium to hard pressure massage before I went into the room. However, after 5 mins into the session, I already realized the masseur did not seem to know the pressure points and strength was 3/10 since my muscles could not even feel anything when she pressed/rubbed on the back. Anyway felt that I wasted RM 100+ after the session. Only those who seldom frequent massage places or intolerant to deep pressure massage may find it ok. Giving 3 stars because of the interior as the room felt clean and very spacious.
