★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. Came here for a perming and to dye my hair. My hair is naturally dry so the hair stylist should have advised me not to do both on the same day but she did not say anything neither did the other hair stylists.
Will begin with the bad perm job they gave me, my hair was completely ruined with split ends and it was completely dried out even though i did hair treatment right after. I had no other choice but to chop the whole thing off because my hair could not be saved.
Next, I told the stylists that I'd like to dye my hair. And like what i previously said, the stylists should've advised me to not do both on the same day but they kept quiet. I clearly said I do not want to bleach my hair but I somehow came out of the saloon with blonde highlights (?).
Called the saloon a day later to complain but the boss just said that my hair was dry and that is wasn't spoiled.
The price is cheap actually but I would have rather paid a whopping amount for a hairstyle I will be happy with. Thanks to this saloon, I cut off three years worth of hair length. Will not be going back. Would sue if I could.
